- Delivery takes between 2 to 6 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please note that delivery might take longer due to the current situation and during sales periods.
- Delivery charge is 5,000 LL for all locations in Lebanon. Free delivery is available for Elite Squad members (no minimum purchase required) and through beauty point rewards.
Kindly use 0000 for the postal code for orders placed in Lebanon.
Once you have added your products to your cart, you can use your promo code easily. All you have to do is access your cart, by clicking on the cart on the right of your page or at the bottom on the Application. Enter your promo code in the dedicated box and click on "Apply". The total price will be updated to reflect the applied promo code discount.
After completing all the order steps, a new page will show your order summary with your Order Number. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number, a list of the ordered products, the selected delivery method and the total amount of your order.

- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving an order if the product is unused and still sealed, in return for store credit. Kindly reach out to us by email on support@feel2.com with “RETURN” in the email title.
- We can exchange an item (or items) within 7 days of receiving an order if it is unused and still sealed. Kindly reach out to us by email on support@feel22.com with “EXCHANGE” in the email title.

- You click on STORE CREDIT on the upper left of the page right under your email address
- You click on redeem
- You copy the code that pops in front of you
- You shop and add the code to the empty box on checkout
